All items in the Club de Soccer Saint-Laurent Members Boutique are produced specifically for our members. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
- Personalized Items
Most products feature the official Club de Soccer Saint-Laurent logo and are prepared specifically for your order.
Therefore, all sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges will be granted for:
• an incorrect size selected by the customer;
• an incorrect color selected by the customer;
• a change of mind;
• an order placed by mistake.
Please consult the size guide before placing your order.
- Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
• a defective item;
• a damaged product;
• an item different from the one ordered;
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
• your order number;
• a description of the problem;
• clear photos of the product.
If the claim is approved, the product will be replaced at no additional cost.
- Order Cancellations
An order may be cancelled only before production begins.
Once production has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be possible.
- Pickup Orders
Customers who select pickup at Fana Sports or Club de Soccer Saint-Laurent will receive an email when their order is ready for pickup.
Proof of purchase may be required at the time of pickup.
- Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
