A CS Saint-Laurent offers a financial assistance program designed to reduce or eliminate registration fees for members facing financial hardship.To be eligible, a member must be recommended by a coach or by the club administration. An application form must then be completed and submitted to the Board of Directors for review and approval. The club sets a limited number of fee exemptions per team, based on the level of competition. Each approved exemption is valid for one year, covering both the summer and winter seasons.

Ville Saint-Laurent also offers the « Aide à la famille » (Family Assistance) program for its residents. Upon presentation of the required supporting documents, the City issues a low-income certificate. When this document is presented during registration, fees are reduced by 25%. The certificate must be provided for each registration period, both for the summer and winter seasons.
