TRAVEL PERMIT

A travel permit is an official authorization required for a team to participate in a tournament outside its region (in Quebec, elsewhere in Canada, in the United States, or internationally). This document ensures that participation has been approved by the club, the regional association, and, when necessary, the provincial or national governing bodies. Before submitting your request, please make sure to carefully review the steps below.

  • Tournament in Quebec : minimum  7 days before departure

  • Tournament elsewhere in Canada/USA : minimum 30 days before departure

  • International tournament : minimum 60 days before departure

1. Technical Approval

First, obtain approval from the technical director at: dir.technique@soccerstl.ca.

2. Submit the Request to the Club
Email generalmanager@soccerstl.ca with the following:

  • the completed travel permit form;

  • appropriate list of players and coaches attending the event;

  • the name and dates of the tournament.

3. Submission to the ARS
The club will then forward the request to the ARS Lac St-Louis (this step is handled by the club only). Once submitted on Spordle, the request must be approved by ARS Lac St-Louis, Soccer Québec and, if required, Canada Soccer.

4. Payment of Fees

  • Tournament in Quebec: 65 $

  • Tournament outside of Quebec: 130 $

5. Travel Outside Quebec / U.S. / International
Include the complete list of players participating in the tournament. For international tournaments, also complete the CSA participation form.

6. Confirmation
Once approved, the club will send you the official travel permit by email.

7. Participation
Follow all tournament rules and guidelines provided by the organizers.
