U13 - Senior
CS St-Laurent offers a variety of competition levels for both youth and adults, catering to all player profiles—from beginners to elite-level athletes. Visit our Spordle page for more information on our current teams.
Overview of CS St-Laurent's Competitive Levels
Regional competitive league managed by the Lac St-Louis Regional Association. LR teams participate in local competitions, with approximately 2 to 3 weekly activities during the summer, including training sessions and league games.
LDIR (formerly "AA")
Competitive league also managed by the Lac St-Louis Regional Association. This level focuses on the technical and tactical development of players, who compete in regional level competitions. Teams generally participate in 3 to 4 activities per week.
LDP (formerly "AAA")
League catered to players committed to playing year-round. Teams compete at the provincial level and train approximately four times a week in an environment focused on performance and progression to highest levels of competition.
PLSJQ
The highest level of youth soccer in Quebec. It features the province's best young talent at nationally accredited clubs and is a key step toward elite senior-level soccer.
Ligues Espoirs QC (U21+F et 19+M)
These leagues ease the transition between the junior and senior level elite categories. They offer a competitive and structured environment that fosters the development of older youth athletes while preparing the former for elite senior level soccer.
Ligue1 QC
The highest level of semi-professional competition in Quebec. Ligue1 Québec brings together the best men's and women's teams in the province.
Important : Registration for these programs is reserved for players who are already members of an existing team or new candidates approved by the technical director or head coach in question.
