Please read this Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

All merchandise sold through the Members Boutique is official Club de Soccer Saint-Laurent apparel and accessories.

Due to the personalized and team-specific nature of our merchandise, all sales are final.

Refunds are not offered except in the case of:

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect item received
• Damaged item upon delivery

Exchanges are accepted only for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect item shipped
• Damaged merchandise

Requests for size changes or changes of mind cannot be accommodated after an order has been placed.

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise.

• Your name
• A description of the issue
• Photos (if applicable)

Orders selected for pickup must be collected at the chosen pickup location during the available pickup hours.
