General Policy

The Summer, Spring Break, and Christmas Soccer Camps aim to provide a fair and consistent policy for all participants. Due to planning, staffing, and field reservations, refunds are limited. In most cases, credits or program transfers are offered instead of refunds.

Refunds

Refunds are not accepted for the following reasons:

• Cancellation before or during the camp week
• Absences or missed camp days for any reason
• Vacations or personal travel
• Schedule conflicts or changes in personal plans
• Late registrations or missed days after the camp has started
• Weather-related cancellations (camp will continue indoors or be rescheduled if possible)
• Injuries or medical issues occurring during the camp
• Failure to attend camp (no-shows)
• Transportation or commuting issues
• Forgotten equipment or improper attire
• Conflicts with other activities (sports, camps, school, etc.)
• Personal decision to withdraw

Credits

A credit reflects the value of any unused camp days and can be applied toward another program. Credits may be transferred to a sibling and do not expire. Applying a credit is done during office hours.

Credits may be granted for:

• Cancellation before the start of the camp week
• Medical reasons (with a doctor’s note)

Transferring Camp Weeks

Participants may transfer their registration to another camp week or program, subject to availability.

• No fee will be charged if the transfer is requested before the start of the camp
• Any difference in program cost must be paid, if applicable

Request Procedure

All refund, credit, or transfer requests must:

• Be submitted by completing the Refund & Credit Request Form
• Be reviewed and approved by administration
