Les cr\u00e9dits n\u2019expirent pas et peuvent \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 un fr\u00e8re ou une s\u0153ur.\r\n\r\nLes cr\u00e9dits sont accord\u00e9s pour les raisons suivantes :\r\n\u2022 Annulation avant le d\u00e9but du cours\r\n\u2022 Absence pour raison m\u00e9dicale (avec billet du m\u00e9decin)\r\n\u2022 Transfert vers un autre programme de soccer.\r\n\r\nSi un cr\u00e9dit est \u00e9mis durant les six premi\u00e8res s\u00e9ances, des frais d\u2019uniforme de 40 $ seront d\u00e9duits.\r\n\r\nCr\u00e9dits non accord\u00e9s\r\n\u2022 Aucun cr\u00e9dit ne sera accord\u00e9 pour les inscriptions tardives ou les s\u00e9ances manqu\u00e9es apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du programme. \r\n.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div id=\"wpforms-6834-field_153-container\" class=\"wpforms-field wpforms-field-divider\" data-field-id=\"153\"><h3 id=\"wpforms-6834-field_153\" aria-errormessage=\"wpforms-6834-field_153-error\">Credit &amp; Refund Policy<\/h3><\/div><div id=\"wpforms-6834-field_94-container\" class=\"wpforms-field wpforms-field-html\" data-field-id=\"94\"><div id=\"wpforms-6834-field_94\" aria-errormessage=\"wpforms-6834-field_94-error\"><p style=\"font-size:16px\"> No refunds will be accepted for the following reasons: \u2022 Absences or missed sessions for any reason \u2022 Vacations or personal travel \u2022 Relocation during the session (moving to another city or province) \u2022 Injuries or medical issues \u2022 Schedule conflicts or changes in personal plans \u2022 Weather-related cancellations that cannot be rescheduled \u2022 Cancellation requests before the course begins \u2022 School commitments (trips, exams, mandatory activities) \u2022 Family emergencies \u2022 Late registrations or missed sessions after the program has started \u2022 Disruptive behavior resulting in suspension or removal \u2022 Transportation or commuting issues \u2022 Forgotten equipment or uniform issues \u2022 Conflicts with other extracurricular activities \u2022 Personal choice to withdraw for non-emergency reasons. Refunds are extremely limited and only approved in exceptional cases \u2022 If approved, a $40 administration fee will be deducted \u2022 Refunds are issued by cheque and sent by mail (processing time: 4\u20136 weeks\r\n\r\nCredits Issued. A credit represents the monetary value of unused sessions and can be applied toward registration in any available soccer program. Credits do not expire and can be transferred to a sibling. Credits are issued for the following reasons, cancellation before the course begins, medical absence (with doctor\u2019s note) and transferring to another soccer program If a credit is issued during the first six sessions, a $40 uniform fee will be deducted.
