Most products feature the official Club de Soccer Saint-Laurent logo and are prepared specifically for your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Therefore, all sales are final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No refunds or exchanges will be granted for:
\u2022 an incorrect size selected by the customer;
\u2022 an incorrect color selected by the customer;
\u2022 a change of mind;
\u2022 an order placed by mistake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you receive:

\u2022 a damaged product;

If the claim is approved, the product will be replaced at no additional cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An order may be cancelled only before production begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once production has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customers who select pickup at Fana Sports or Club de Soccer Saint-Laurent will receive an email when their order is ready for pickup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Proof of purchase may be required at the time of pickup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
